When you add Shipping Insurance to your order, you are fully protected against:

How It Works

  3. Provide a photo (for damaged items) or tracking info (for lost items).

  4. We will approve your claim and ship a free replacement immediately.


What's Not Covered

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but taken by a third party (stolen packages)
